Carl Anderson is the author of Assessing Writers and How’s it Going.Carl is a writer and education consultant.He was the Lead Staff Developer for the Teachers College Reading and Writing Project working with New York City teachers in grades K-8.Carl worked in New York City Schools demonstrating best practices in the teaching of writing and coaching teachers.He gave workshops at Teachers College on the writing workshop.With the publication of his latest book Assessing Writers; he has focused on helping teachers to understand how to assess their student writers as a means of improving instruction.
