Rona Levick is a literacy consultant in New York City. She works rigorously with school communities to strengthen teaching and learning by promoting professional development that focuses on student achievement. Rona has extensive experience at the city, district and state levels where she has shared her expertise in reading and writing through curriculum design and development as well as workshops. Rona has been an active participant in the Teachers College Writing. She has studied and collaborated with such renowned educators such as Donna Santman and Pam Allyn. Currently, Rona works in schools organizing and facilitating workshops, study groups, demonstration lessons and collaborative structures to sustain and foster professional development.
